Happy Saturday! It surely has been a crazy week for us. With the 3 day holiday weekend to start it, everything just seemed off all week. We got Noahs school done on Tuesday. Wednesday our friends were sick and I had a list of things I needed to do so I figured we could all take a day and get some other stuff done. I should have known better because it always puts us behind when I do that! So on Thursday we had court with dealing with my father-in-laws estate stuff and were down there from about 10am until around 1pm. Noah was at his school room but being a pain for the neighbor so he did not accomplish much. So onto Friday which we got some stuff done but not all of it. We had to leave around 3ish so we could get the kids something to eat before having to be at the school for their football game. We helped get them and the rest of the students ready only to have the game rescheduled for tonight after an hour delay! So today I have been trying to get some things done but I have so many things on my brain I am jumping all around and not finishing any of them!! I am trying my best but its just been real slow. I was able to get some laundry done and start on a meal plan. Now it is time to get everyone dressed and head back to the stadium with camera in tow and have a good time! Although sometimes it makes for a busy crazy schedule I am greatful that the kids are involved in something they enjoy! Have a great night everyone!!

Well the past week or so has been a little crazy with getting ready for school and starting our first week of homeschooling again.

Noah is doing GREAT!!! We have a nice schedule made out and a bucket of rewards for when he gets his work done at the end of the day. He also gets a sticker of his choice after each assignment he completes. I try and give him a break in between his subjects so he can go run a bit and he really likes that.

Here he is at his desk after completing an assignment!

At the beginning of the first week of school we promised Noah and his friends if they did really good and completed all their assignments they would earn a trip to .........

and so they earned the trip and a special treat .......

All the kids had a great time....

Even the big ones!!

I am so happy with the decision we made for Noah to do school at home again. Things are going great and he seems to really enjoy it, especially having friends doing school the same way. We have a back to school picnic this Friday and we are hoping maybe to meet some more kids in our area to plan field trips with.
